These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the civ666 platform, website and all related services. Account Registration and Eligibility

2.1 Age and Eligibility Requirements

To open an account on civ666, you must meet the following conditions:

  • Only one account may be opened in your name. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
  • You must provide accurate and complete personal information.

2.2 Registration Process

All information provided when creating an account must be truthful, accurate and up to date. The name, phone number and payment details you provide at registration may be verified at a later stage. civ666 reserves the right to suspend or close an account at any time if false or incorrect information is provided.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

In the interest of security and fraud prevention, civ666 may request identity verification at any time. This process may involve a government-issued ID (national ID card, passport), bank or mobile banking details, and proof of address. Withdrawals may be restricted until verification is complete.

If multiple accounts are created, all associated accounts will be closed and all bonuses and winnings may be forfeited.

Account Security

It is your responsibility to maintain the security of your account. Never share your password or login details with any third party. You are responsible for all activities carried out from your account.

  • Use a strong password combining uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers and special characters.

civ666 reserves the right to temporarily suspend an account in the event of a security breach, until the situation is resolved.

Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposit Rules

civ666 currently accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit, though identity verification may be required above certain amounts.

  • Deposited funds are generally credited to the account instantly.
  • Only use a payment account registered in your own name to make deposits.
  • Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted and will be returned.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

For new players, civ666 offers a 120% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example:

  • Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a bonus of ৳1,200 — total balance ৳2,200.
  • Deposit ৳34,000 or more and receive the maximum bonus of ৳20,000 — total balance ৳54,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

To withdraw the welcome bonus, you must place bets totalling 20 times the bonus amount (20x wagering requirement). This condition must be met within the specified time limit from the date the bonus is received.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

  • A bonus offer can be claimed once per account, household or device.
  • Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they can only be used to play games.
  • If a withdrawal is requested before the wagering requirement is met, the bonus will be cancelled.
  • civ666 reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
  • The VIP cashback program benefits are subject to the terms applicable to the relevant tier.
In any proven case of bonus abuse, civ666 may forfeit the relevant bonus and winnings and close the account.

Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Bet Settlement

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled, unless the platform allows cancellation due to a technical error. All game outcomes are determined by a neutral random number generator (RNG).

6.2 Technical Errors

If a game is left incomplete due to loss of internet connection, server issues or any other technical error, civ666 may declare that round void and the stake will be refunded. Any incorrect winning amount displayed as a result of a technical error creates no liability for civ666.

6.3 Sports Betting

The following rules apply to betting on cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup), football and other sports:

  • Bets placed before a match starts will be treated as pre-match bets.
  • If a match is cancelled or postponed, bets will be settled in accordance with the rules.
  • In live betting, odds change in real time — the odds at the time the bet is confirmed are final.
  • If there is suspected manipulation of the outcome of an event, the related bet may be voided.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the civ666 platform:

  • Money Laundering: Depositing or withdrawing funds obtained from illegal sources.
  • Fraud: Using false information, stolen payment details or another person's identity.
  • Bonus Abuse: Obtaining bonuses by artificial means or collecting bonuses through multiple accounts.
  • Collusion: Attempting to influence the outcome of a game by colluding with other players.
  • Software Abuse: Using automated bots, scripts or hacking tools.
  • Minor Access: Operating an account on behalf of a person under the age of 21.
  • Account Sale: Transferring, selling or giving an account to a third party.

If you are found to be involved in any of the prohibited activities listed above, civ666 may close the account without notice, forfeit the balance and take legal action where applicable.

Account Closure

11.1 Closure at the Player's Request

Any player may request to close their account at any time. All active bonuses and betting commitments must be settled before the request is made. Valid balances may be withdrawn after settlement.

11.2 Closure at civ666's Initiative

civ666 may suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

  • Violation of any part of these Terms and Conditions.
  • Evidence of fraud, money laundering, or bonus abuse.
  • Failure to verify identity or providing false information.
  • Court order or regulatory directive.
  • Long-term inactive account (after the defined inactivity period has elapsed).

If there is a valid balance at the time of account closure, it will generally be returned via the designated payment method — however, if the closure is due to prohibited activity, the balance may be forfeited.
